Frisbie Construction is looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and relationship-oriented Salesman to join our crew. We don’t just build grain elevators—we build trust, long-term partnerships, and strong rural communities. Now, we’re looking for someone who can speak the language of our clients, understand the industry inside and out, and help with expanding our impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identifying new project opportunities within the grain and feed industry
- Working closely with our construction team to deliver custom solutions
- Representing Frisbie Construction with integrity and confidence
Position Requirements:
- Periodic travel required, including the possibility of overnight stays.
- Ability to perform minimal climbing as needed.
- Must be comfortable working at heights.

What We Do
Frisbie Construction Co., Inc. is a family-owned construction company founded by George L. Frisbie in 1949 and based in Gypsum, Kansas. Since building its first concrete-slip-form grain elevator in 1954, the company has worked exclusively in the grain trade, specializing in the construction, renovation, and repair of commercial grain storage facilities, material handling systems, and millwright and machinery installation, along with custom fabrication at its own manufacturing plant and licensed operations across several Midwest states.
