In this role, you will support the sales organization in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining high-quality communication with both customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Sales Support
Prepare and translate presentations, offers, and contract drafts for customers and suppliers.
Provide administrative and coordination support to front-line sales.
Order Processing
Ensure accuracy of order details, including pricing, lead times, and customer data.
Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order flow.
Customer & Supplier Communication
Provide timely updates on order status.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.
Order Tracking and Reporting
Maintain accurate order records, track shipments, and prepare reports for management.
CRM Data Management
Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, or Engineering (Engineering or Business background preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Good understanding of sales processes and offered equipment.
Awareness of legal aspects in contract negotiations.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Target-driven and highly organized.
Fluent in Ukrainian and good command of English (both written and spoken).
