We are looking for a results-driven Sales Point Supervisor to join our Sales Team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth. You will lead, supervise, and coordinate the Sales Team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience by understanding customer needs, building strong relationships and providing effective solutions
  • Resolve complex customer issues or escalations when needed 
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, quotas and overall business goals
  • Analyze and report on sales performance and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support management decision-making
  • Contribute to the delivery of optimal customer service by recruiting, training and retaining customer-focused sales personnel
  • Provide strong leadership to the sales team by setting clear expectations, offering guidance, mentoring and supporting the professional development of team members
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting its values, services, and market leadership

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, customer support, client services, or a related role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the automotive industry will be considered a plus
  • Prior experience managing a team is desirable
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Results-driven mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of company services, values and market positioning
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management and prioritization skills

Skills Required
