  • Own the preparation and accuracy of campaign performance reports, surfacing results and pacing updates to the Account Manager for client delivery.
  • Partner with Campaign Management and Finance to reconcile billing, delivery, and revenue discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of booked revenue, flight dates, and campaign changes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide proactive visibility into any pacing or delivery concerns that may impact revenue or performance to Account Management and Sales.

Sales Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Process and review Insertion Orders (IOs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with approved plans.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management and Traffick teams to support smooth campaign setup and execution readiness.
  • Support Operation Leadership in forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.

Process Optimization & Collaboration

  • Maintain and improve internal planning documents, templates, and pricing matrices.
  • Identify workflow efficiencies to improve speed and accuracy across Sales Planning and Campaign Management.
  • Work with Marketing and Research to incorporate sponsorship opportunities or insights into proposals when applicable.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in media planning, sales operations, or pricing & inventory within a publisher, network, or agency.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
