Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Thorough understanding of the automotive sales process, customer buying behavior, and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and
build long-term relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and
overcome objections
• Proficient in the use of sales management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software,
and other relevant technologies
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams, to support the overall
sales and marketing efforts
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and meet
deadlines
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
