The Sales Performance Enablement Analyst supports the Sales organisation by providing guidance on policies, product offerings, and procedures, while contributing to operational efficiency and reporting. Works closely with Sales, Account Management, and Sales Leadership to deliver accurate information, support key processes, and generate insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a primary contact for sales teams, providing guidance on products, policies, commissions, and procedures related to pre-sale activities. Interprets and applies business rules consistently across stakeholders.

  • Produces analysis and reporting to track performance, identify trends, and support business reviews, including preparing recommendations for exception cases.

  • Partners with Sales Leadership to resolve issues, clarify policies, and support consistent execution. May communicate pricing and product information directly to customers when required.

  • Monitors and analyses sales data to identify risks and opportunities, contributing insights to improve sales performance and operational effectiveness.

  • Coordinates operational activities such as order processing, fulfilment, and compensation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, particularly during month-end cycles.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes, update procedures, and support efficient and compliant operations!

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel

  • Experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights clearly

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools is beneficial

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
