What you’ll do ​& Who you are

We are looking for a passionate Sales Performance Specialist (d/f/m). You will oversee campaign management, sales analysis, and KPI monitoring. We are looking for a person with good communication, with a solid experience understanding sales KPIs and campaign management with the target of revenue growth.

About the team:

As part of our Sales Enablement team, you'll join a dynamic and diverse group of 12 professionals, representing 7 different nationalities, with your immediate team consisting of 5 experienced experts. We work with multiple partners across sales to ensure seamless processes, efficient sales administration, and the successful management of our campaigns. Our projects are diverse, covering everything from strategic planning to hands-on operational support, giving you the opportunity to apply your skills in different areas. Your role:

  • Manage daily operational analysis of campaign activities
  • Conduct sales analysis and dealer analysis
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance
  • Select and manage own campaigns projects in collaboration with Sales Partners and CRM
  • Collect and channel feedback for sales optimization
  • Provision of reports and analyses
  • Administer an external contact center solution
  • Monitor sales and performance KPIs to identify and address performance issues
  • Perform administrative tasks related to contracts and business operations

Your skill profile:

  • At least 3-4+ years experience in a similar relevant position as a Campaign Manager or Sales Operation Manager
  • Experience in complex project and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and MS Office
  • Basic knowledge in Accounting and Compliance processes
  • An understanding of process flows and operations support applications, a result and business orientation, a deep multi-project implementation expertise are necessary
  • Ateamplayer who quickly assumes responsibility and is willing to face new challenges and situations driving them to success essential together with your team
  • Open minded, with a positive attitude and a clear focus on high quality
  • Strong communication, documentation and facilitation skills
  • Business fluent in English, good level of German
