In this position you will be responsible for:
- Efficient Order Processing: Own the timely, accurate entry of sales orders into the system, ensuring compliance with customer SLAs and expectations
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with internal teams, including Purchasing, to resolve non-standard orders and handle issues like margin blocks, credit breaches, or export controls
- Lead with Accuracy: Examine customer orders, ensuring specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and all other requirements are flawless before processing
- Drive Satisfaction: Handle returns, process credits, and resolve any order or invoice queries with speed and efficiency, ensuring a right-first-time approach
- Stay Ahead: Continuously update your systems knowledge, ensuring you stay on top of any changes and new tools to improve order management
- Customer Success Champion: Regularly collaborating with internal teams to obtain information related to sales order processing
- Create Value: Select the appropriate delivery service, configuration, and other value-added services as required by the customer.
Requirements
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations and/or a Customer Service environment
- You have a good command of spoken and written English and Dutch (additional German or French could be an advantage)
- You have strong orientation toward customer service with exceptional communication skills to build relationships and resolve issues
- You have the ability to work seamlessly with internal teams to drive results and ensure customer success
- You possess the reliability, conscientiousness, and a proactive approach to ensure accuracy in every order
- You have basic knowledge of MS office (additional SAP knowledge would be an advantage).
