About the role:  

Unybrands is looking for a Sales Ops Specialist to join our dynamic Growth team. This role will be based remotely. As a Sales Ops Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations, ensuring seamless processes and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities included - but not limited to:

  • Support the sales team by managing and optimizing the sales processes and workflows.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and management of sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and support training programs for the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Monitor and manage sales KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales compensation plans.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

Professional Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Additional Skill Sets of Interest
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures and planning.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
