We’re looking for a Sales Operations Lead who combines strategic business acumen with strong technical skills to transform how our sales organization operates. You’ll be responsible for building out our data warehouse and analytics infrastructure, streamlining sales processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and implement scalable systems that connect CRM, marketing automation, finance, and customer success data—creating a single source of truth for revenue performance.

Partner with Data Engineering and IT to ensure data accuracy, governance, and scalability.
Develop and automate ETL/ELT pipelines to enable seamless reporting and insights.
Create intuitive dashboards and reports that empower leadership and sales teams to make informed decisions.
Sales Operations
Own and optimize the sales tech stack, including CRM configuration, data hygiene, and integrations.
Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and propose data-backed improvements.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align reporting and KPIs.
Strategy & Leadership
Build frameworks for territory planning, quota setting, and incentive design using reliable data models.
Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the GTM (Go-To-Market) organization.
Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership, providing insights that shape go-to-market strategy.
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, with a strong technical background.
Proven experience building or managing data warehouses and data pipelines (e.g., using Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, dbt, or similar).
Proficiency with SQL and at least one BI/reporting tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode).
Deep understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and sales process design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward automation and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation and data transformation.
Familiarity with APIs and integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, Airbyte, Zapier).
Background in SaaS, B2B, or tech industries.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
