Job Description
 

Knowledge:

• Must have sales support administrative experience;
• Must be able to develop basic solutions to a variety of problems;
• Must be able to learn quickly and spend the majority of time working independently with limited guidance from immediate manager using well-defined procedures and processes;
• Good verbal, written, and office administrative skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Specific education and experience requirements:

• Typically requires a HS diploma and minimum of 5 years of relevant office administrative experience.

Specific job responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales team and cross-function team (e.g. finance, IT) on followings:
• PO/Contracts/Vendor management of regional marketing sponsorships/events;
• Sales/Field Support (Sales data analysis and report, pharmacy data, speaker database maintenance, CNreview rejections support, onboarding and offboarding etc);
• Sales expenses management (payment,expenses reports,accurals etc.);
• Prepare routine sales, cost, expenditure, and monthly reports as needed;
• Produce presentations, reports, documents and coordinates sales team expenses;
• Independently resolves inquiries from internal and external sources;
• Covers for other support team members during peak periods and absences
