As Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of LATRO’s CRM platform (HubSpot) and its content and accuracy, coordinate and align with marketing to support on campaign launches and follow-ups, setup and execute own outbound email marketing outreach activities using company tools, work with sales staff to assist with their business development activities and post meeting follow ups. You will also be focusing on identifying new business contacts and opportunities (e.g. via LinkedIn), building strong existing client relationships, and executing ad hoc strategic initiatives that align with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to pipeline health including monitoring, expansion, and reporting.


The Sales Operations Specialist reports to the VP of Sales and collaborates with the marketing, pre-sales, product, finance teams, bid management and overall global sales team. This position is remote and must support GMT- GMT+4 time zone. 


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Maintain the Hubspot CRM info and keep other sales related tools and reports updated
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and help plan and execute marketing campaigns to support Sales and business development efforts
  • Identify and contact new leads and prospects unsolicited with the goal of passing qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Support the Sales Directors in online sales calls and needed and assist in the follow activities post meetings
  • Provide general support to Sales team members to achieve the Sales/BD goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, presales, finance, and bid management to support account management activities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of Sales/BD strategies
  • Prepare reports from HubSpot and Excel for senior management on Sales/BD activities and outcomes and present these in team meetings
  • Work with Bid management to identify and target new prospect organizations for vendor registration

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • A minimum of 5 years of prior full-time employment, with working history in a sales operation and or a business development role, preferably within a technology vendor (Telecom or Fintech industry a plus)
  • Bachelor degree in a commercial or technical area
  • Advanced user of Hubspot
  • Fluency in spoken and written professional English; French is a must, while Arabic is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent professional communication and analytical skills 
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, discipline and self-motivation 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks with excellence
  • Eager to grow and learn
