KontrolFreek is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will drive the Operational backend of all marketplaces for the brand (primarily Amazon FBA but could expand in 2025) as well as provide strong support to KontrolFreek’s global Operations team to ensure adequate stock levels and concise communication internally.
Amazon FBA Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory. Maintain current inventory level reports and outgoing order tracking to ensure accurate inventory reconciliation. Ensure inventory levels are within the target time window to avoid excess or low inventory fees
- Order fee management. Prepare, split, monitor, and manage FBA orders in a way that minimizes or avoids fees.
- Ongoing analysis of current FBA fees, digging for opportunities to optimize inventory targets
- Be up-to-date and aware of any upcoming changes to Amazon fee structures, and devising strategies to help mitigate their impact
- Communication. Communication with the KontrolFreek warehouse team to prepare orders + setting pickups/creating and distributing shipping labels
- Item set-up. Assist Account Manager with any assets needed for product listings. Consistent monitoring Amazon’s automatic updates on product weights and dimensions and ensure they are accurate
- Monitor and review. Monitoring our performance notifications on the account health page and addressing any policy violations in a timely matter to ensure our products stay buyable. ex high return rates, trademark violations. Need to be familiar with Amazon's ticket system
- Monitoring our listings for any suppressions due to competitor pricing or listing violations.
- Reviewing sponsored ads recommendations and implementing changes when appropriate
- Become knowledgeable with brand registry processes to assist with counterfeit seller takedowns on marketplaces
Sales Operations Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage stock levels at multiple global warehouses to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking and inventory planning.
- Regularly updating the internal team on new product production statuses
- Assist with standard regional transfers and order management
- Occasional sample shipments
- Working with the Ops and Sales teams to support our internal sales process and assets
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proficient Excel, Outlook.
- Preferably a minimum 2+ years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central
- An avid learner, you approach challenges and seek data to help build understanding
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and manage cross-functional teams
- Extreme attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills and time-management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, product launches, and promotional strategies
- Experience with other marketplace channels (Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target, etc.) is a plus
