As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and scaling our sales organization. You’ll be responsible for improving sales processes, maintaining data integrity, and enabling our team with the right tools and insights to make informed decisions. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, systems knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Management: Design and refine scalable sales processes that align with company goals and support revenue growth.
  • CRM & Tool Ownership: Manage HubSpot and other sales tools, ensuring accurate data, streamlined workflows, and effective integrations.
  • Data & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
  • Forecasting & Quota Management: Partner with Sales Leadership to develop forecasting models and support quota planning.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure the sales pipeline is up to date and reliable, identifying risks and opportunities in collaboration with sales leads.
  • Sales Enablement: Coordinate with enablement teams to support onboarding, training, and ongoing education on sales tools and processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the go-to-market motion.
Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally in SaaS or a tech-driven environment
    • Strong experience with HubSpot and data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms
    • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
    • Experience managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams
