About the Role
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications to enable our sales teams to be more effective and efficient with customers while still supporting the needs of internal stakeholders. The role will directly support the Director of Sales, the Global Account Managers, and all Harman Embedded customers with operational and motivational support.
What You Will Do
- Manage the sales reporting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Salesforce management- developing the most meaningful reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
- Ensure that all contracts/closed deals are in line with our standard policies and are processed and tracked consistently
- Assist with procurement and vendor questionnaires
- Enable communication between sales and support teams abroad
- Enable communication between sales and the contract manufacturers
- Evaluate, implement, own, and continually refine sales technology stack (CRM, sales automation, dashboards, etc.)
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve both the field-based and inside sales processes, and facilitate the implementation of improvements
- Identify key drivers of revenue growth, pipeline trends, and untapped market opportunities
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
- Supervise and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's efforts
- Quarterly and annual cost analysis/quoting.
- Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Manage access to document control and product lifecycle communications with customers and contract manufacturers.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of work experience in Sales Operations
- Functional knowledge of SAP ERP
- Functional knowledge of SFDC
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Global Trade Compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What is Nice to Have
- Experience working directly with China is a plus
- Being bilingual is a plus

Salary Ranges:
USD 69,000 - USD 101,200
