An intermediate level opportunity with our growing Scottsdale office to support a veteran (and legend) Sales Operations team, as they support a new generation of sales and account executives.

What we need:
A hybrid Sales Support Specialist and Salesforce power user. We think of you as a Translator with two key roles:
First, inputs: translating sales process into lean, fit-for-purpose Salesforce reporting and dashboards;
Second, outputs: monitoring, measuring and interpreting data - translating that into practical solutions for management and the team.

Skills Required
- Proficient Salesforce power user or admin-level experience
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Sales operations or sales support experience (intermediate level)
- Ability to analyze, monitor, and interpret sales data to inform decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Willingness/ability to work in Scottsdale office (role described in Scottsdale)

It also supports informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
