About the role 

The Internal Sales Support Coordinator will provide effective user support for the CRM system while ensuring compliance with internal sales processes and procedures. This role is critical in supporting the Sales team and other stakeholders by maintaining data integrity and facilitating contract management. 

About the team 

As the face and voice of the company, MentorMate’s sales and marketing teams collaborate with departments across the organization to provide exceptional employer branding, event management, public relations, and client and talent prospect discovery. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day user support for the CRM system, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and training

  • Ensure CRM users adhere to the Opportunity Management Process

  • Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for the CRM system

  • Configure and customize personal CRM views to meet user needs, working with technical resources as needed

  • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies

  • Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity within the CRM system

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making

  • Document system changes, user procedures, and best practices for the CRM system

  • Review sales contracts according to Tietoevry internal processes and procedures

  • Ensure timely service delivery and provide extended customer support when needed

  • Participate in operating unit rollouts and support contract management topics

  • Coordinate and execute agreed and assigned tasks on behalf of or together with the business

  • Contribute to standardization in the contract compliance area   

Qualifications:     

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience supporting CRM systems, preferably in a Sales environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com, or other CRM systems

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in any Nordic language is an advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
