Twoday Products is the product-focused division within twoday. It is organised across six business units and several Nordic countries. Digital Identity Management (DIM) is a business unit in the Products division and has approximately 60 employees. DIM’s purpose is to make digital workflows easier and more secure. Its broader value proposition is to help organisations manage digital processes involving signatures, forms, authentication, identity and regulatory compliance.
At twoday Digital Identity Management, we help organisations across the Nordics create secure, compliant and efficient digital workflows.

Our platform brings together solutions for digital signing, authentication, dynamic forms, Know Your Customer processes, secure digital mail and related trust services. We work with public and private organisations where trust, documentation, security and efficiency matter — including municipalities, energy and utilities, real estate-related businesses and regulated industries.

We are a focused business unit of around 60 people, part of a division of 250 and the wider twoday group of 3,000 colleagues. We are now strengthening the commercial engine behind Digital Identity Management across the Nordics.

Across all roles, we are looking for people who are curious, commercially sharp and already using AI tools as a natural part of how they work.
Your mission

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help build the operating engine behind our sales team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, systems, process improvement and commercial execution. You do not need ten years of experience — but you do need relevant experience, strong talent and the ability to turn ideas into practical workflows that make sales teams perform better.

What you will do

  • Improve and maintain our sales processes, CRM usage and commercial workflows.

  • Help define sales stages, pipeline discipline, qualification criteria and handovers.

  • Work with HubSpot dashboards, reporting, workflows, data quality and sales activity tracking.

  • Support pipeline reviews, forecasting hygiene and performance follow-up.

  • Coordinate sales collateral such as decks, one-pagers, cases, email templates and sales playbooks.

  • Take greater ownership of collateral creation if you are a strong writer, PowerPoint creator or visual communicator.

  • Support sales enablement, onboarding, training and best-practice sharing.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and, where relevant, Customer Success.

  • Use AI tools to improve reporting, content production, research, workflow design and productivity.

What we are looking for

  • Experience from Sales Operations, RevOps, CRM, sales enablement, commercial operations or a similar role.

  • Good understanding of HubSpot or a similar CRM system.

  • A structured and analytical mindset.

  • Strong commercial understanding and curiosity about how sales teams actually work.

  • Confidence working with data, processes, people and content.

  • High-level English skills; Danish or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and a genuine interest in applying them intelligently.

What we offer

You will help build the foundation for a more scalable commercial organisation in a growing Nordic business unit. We offer a competitive package, pension, health insurance, lunch scheme, equipment, phone, internet and great surroundings at Sundkaj in Nordhavn — plus Friday bars, parties and employee events.

What can we offer?
twoday is located in modern offices in 30 locations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Lithuania. We have a strong and unique social environment with highly engaged employees. If you are the candidate we are looking for, you will have a central role with exciting opportunities to develop in an international and innovative group, with exciting products and services within technology and software. You will also have the flexibility to "jump" and work from one of our headquarters in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Vilnius at times.
Diversity & Inclusion
Are you not meeting all the requirements listed? Studies have shown that women and other minority groups are less likely to apply for a job if they don't meet every qualification. We're dedicated to build a workplace of diversity and inclusion. If you are excited about this role but your previous experience does not match the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.

Skills Required

  • Commercially sharp with strong commercial acumen
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn
  • Regular use of AI tools as a natural part of work
