Purpose of the Role: The Customer Master Data Management Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of customer data within the organization. This position ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and supports various departments by providing accurate and validated customer information. All customer creation and modification requests are directed to this position. Each customer must then be enhanced with the correct Customer Hierarchy, Market Segmentation, Parent Company, and Customer Structure, which is a crucial task.

- Tax, Commercial Contract Manager, NSA, Compliance, Legal, Customer Team Controller for changes impacting financial data, Export Control-Military/Civil usage.
- Requester for queries on the record.
- Account Managers & BG Sales Ops Leads.
•Create and modify external customer records in the MDG system.
- Validate the accuracy of information on customer data requests.
- Approve external customer creation and change requests for general data.
- Complete mandatory fields for external customer records from Salesforce interface.
- Perform necessary checks to reduce risks to the company.
- Ensure each legal entity is unique and prevent duplication at the legal entity level.
- Conduct KYC compliance checks and perform rejected third-party checks.
- Collaborate with tax, commercial contract managers, compliance, legal, and customer team controllers for changes impacting financial data.
- Provide support to requestors for queries on customer records.
- Ensure the accuracy of general data information and obtain appropriate validations from relevant teams (legal, tax, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in master data management or a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Knowledge compliance and data quality management.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
