Job Summary:

 

The Sales Operations Representative at Internal Processing Centre (IPC) is responsible for providing centralized order processing support to Order Management teams globally. This role serves as a critical link between Sales Ops, Order Fulfilment and outsourced manufactures to ensure accurate and timely order booking and fulfillment. The incumbent will manage order processing, including order entry, booking, backlog order change management, and PO placement with outsourced manufacturer, while ensuring compliance with business controls and financial integrity requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

 

Key Job responsibilities and duties:

  • Execute end-to-end order management activities in ERP system, including order validation, booking, change order and outsourced manufacturer purchase order creation, while ensuring compliance with company policies, financial controls, and IFRS 15 requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of customer orders in accordance with defined service level agreements and turnaround time.
  • Act as a key contact for resolving order-related issues and partnering with Sales Operations Order Management teams to address compliance, and processing exceptions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Order Fulfillment, Global Configuration Team, Functional Process Engineers, IT experts to resolve operational and system related challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, documentation management, and audit readiness across all order transactions.
  • Contribute to team performance by supporting workload balancing, continuous process improvements, and critical month-end operational activities.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or an equivalent area of study).
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in Sales Administration.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and commitment to data integrity.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high quality work, and meet demanding service level agreements in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, preferably in Order Management.
  • Highly dependable with strong personal accountability and flexibility to collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Strong team player and the ability to contribute positively to operational performance and team success.

Skills Required
