As the Program Manager of Sales Operations you will enable the Payer sales team to deliver $150M annually in new bookings by driving internal efficiencies and aligning our sales pipeline to key stakeholders (product, legal, finance, etc.) resulting in a successfully executed contract. 

  • Supervise the end-to-end client contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, and approval, ensuring all contracts meet internal and external standards
  • Define and apply criteria for reviewing deals based on strategic importance, size, and complexity to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Align Sales Executives with Client Success Teams and manage the parallel cadence from late-stage sales opportunities to execution and implementation handoffs.
  • - Facilitate and oversee the smooth transition of opportunities and customer contracts from Sales to Client Success teams, ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and oversee approval workflows for high-value or high-risk deals to mitigate risks and ensure proper governance.
  • Oversee the change management of late-stage opportunities, including the maintenance and version control of attachments, proposals, and approval records.
  • Ensure that customer contract provisions align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive library of approved contract templates and clauses to ensure compliance and efficiency in contract creation.
  • Implement and manage robust systems for the efficient storage and easy retrieval of executed contracts, ensuring quick access and security.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations leaders to manage contracting systems, enhance workflows, and implement automation for improved efficiency.
  • - Provide actionable feedback to sales teams to enhance future deal quality and success rates, fostering continuous improvement.
  • - Develop and manage sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials to support the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and tools.
  • - Maintain and update a repository of key data points for proposals and presentations to ensure accuracy and relevance in sales artifacts.
  • - Assist in monitoring and qualifying inbound leads, routing them to the appropriate sales teams for further action and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • - Partner with centralized RFP (Request for Proposal) resources to coordinate and manage the RFP response process, maintaining a library of templates and ensuring all content is up-to-date and approved by legal.
  • - Track the status and outcomes of all RFPs and proposals, providing reports on success rates and identifying areas for improvement.

  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, sales operations, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Must be able to travel a minimum of 15% of the time (more travel may be required at times)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field preferred

  • Experience in a high-growth technology or service-oriented company.
  • Familiarity with RFP management and sales proposal development.
  • Previous experience in sales enablement or operational support roles.
  • Experience in Risk Adjustment

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $102,000 - $120,000.
