You will strengthen forecast discipline, lead scenario planning, and help executive leaders make timely, fact-based decisions that support customer service, profitable growth, and effective use of working capital.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead and facilitate RFC's monthly S&OP process, including demand review, supply and capacity review, financial reconciliation, pre-S&OP alignment, and executive decision review.
  • Establish and maintain one fact-based demand, supply, inventory, and financial plan across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Lead demand planning and forecast governance across business units, challenge assumptions, measure forecast accuracy and bias, and incorporate market intelligence, customer commitments, and commercial opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations to assess labor, equipment, tooling, and production constraints and identify future capacity gaps, bottlenecks, and mitigation options.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to translate the approved plan into material, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and logistics actions.
  • Develop scenarios and recommendations that show the revenue, margin, service, inventory, working capital, and capacity implications of alternative decisions.
  • Lead inventory strategy and target setting with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance, including actions for excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
  • Prepare concise executive S&OP materials that clearly identify risks, opportunities, required decisions, owners, and due dates.
  • Escalate unresolved demand, supply, capacity, customer, and financial trade-offs for timely executive decisions.
  • Establish governance, planning calendars, decision rights, standard work, data definitions, and accountability routines.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for forecast accuracy and bias, revenue and production plan attainment, service level, inventory turns, days inventory outstanding, capacity utilization, and action closure.
  • Align S&OP with budgeting, strategic planning, new program launches, capital planning, and working capital improvement efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning discipline, data quality, systems, analytics, and cross-functional execution.
  • Influence and align stakeholders without relying solely on direct authority while maintaining an objective, enterprise-wide perspective.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive dashboards and decision-support materials.
  • Ability to establish governance, standard work, decision rights, performance metrics, and accountability routines across multiple locations.

Soft Skills

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to facilitate fact-based decisions among Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders.
