Job brief

We’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Team in supporting our rapid growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and enhance productivity. You’ll be responsible for optimizing sales practices, ensuring data accuracy, and managing our sales tech stack. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales operations or related fields, excellent people management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

A Sales Operations Manager is a strategic role responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Role:

• Aligning sales strategies with business objectives

• Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales and marketing systems

• Manage the overall sales tech stack, including CRM and other sales tools

Requirements and skills

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations
• Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration
• Experience with sales tech stack management
