Sales Operations Manager/Analyst

Essential Functions:

Drives and leads the effective implementation of sales operations initiatives such as opportunity management tracking and forecasting, and customer relationship management.

Key responsibility is reporting and sales effectiveness activities focusing on the following areas:

•     Forecasting – development / refinement of process, automation and optimization

•     Develop reporting process for KPIs (business, product, region, platform and BD)

•     Interpreting data into insights and visualizing them in PowerPoint presentations

As an individual contributor, this role:

• Partners with sales to identify potential opportunities and develop plans to pursue those opportunities.
• Removes issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives ensuring coordination between local and regional sales operations teams.
• Coordinates sales operations activities with other functions as appropriate
• Contributes to sales operations initiatives making recommendations for enhancements
• Creates presentations for Executives / C-Suite

Qualifications - our ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5-7 years’ work-relation experience in an analytical role - strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced user of excel

• Strong understanding and use of Excel (and all Microsoft platforms)
• PowerPoint and Think-Cell
• Strong understanding of use and reporting functionality of Salesforce / CRM Platform
• Strong visualization skills
• Consultative mindset / strategic thinker
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Eagerness to flex with the needs of the business, prioritize as needed, and take on new challenges
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision and a strong focus on quality
