The Sales Operations Manager leads the optimization, governance, and evolution of sales processes, systems, and enablement initiatives to support business growth and sales productivity. This role serves as a strategic
partner to Sales Leadership, driving
operational excellence, process scalability, technology adoption, and organizational
effectiveness
across the global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
➡️ Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Operations team.
- Allocate resources across projects and operational activities.
➡️ Sales Process Optimization
- Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes.
- Drive process standardization, simplification, and scalability.
- Support the introduction of new products, pricing models, and commercial initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
➡️ Systems & Operational
Governance
- Provide strategic oversight of CRM (Salesforce), CPQ (DealHub), and the broader sales technology ecosystem.
- Define and prioritize the Sales Operations roadmap, including enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
- Ensure effective governance, process compliance, data integrity, and system adoption.

- Oversee sales onboarding, process documentation, and knowledge management programs.
- Ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, training, and resources required for success.
- Own the sales technology portfolio, including budget planning, vendor management, contract negotiations, renewals
to maximize business value.
➡️ Strategic Initiatives & Business Partnership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and scalability.

- Strong expertise in CRM, CPQ, and sales technology ecosystems.
- Experience leading process optimization, systems transformation, and change management initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English.
