We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support the Sales team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. This role provides exposure to sales operations, reporting, data management, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Sales team's internal contact lists, databases, and records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in preparing regular sales reports, data tracking, and basic performance analytics.
- Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with documentation, data entry, coordination, and other day-to-day Sales Operations activities.
- Work closely with Sales team members to ensure internal information and operational processes are properly maintained.
- Support other ad-hoc administrative and operational matters as required.
- Hands-on exposure to Sales Operations and business processes.
- Practical experience in reporting, data analysis, and process optimisation.
- Opportunity to work closely with a commercial Sales team and understand how sales operations support business growth.
