The Opportunity:

The Sales Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting Voyant’s Business Development (BD) organization by driving operational efficiency, improving sales processes, and bridging communication between sales, marketing, and engineering. This role ensures that the customer’s voice is represented internally, enabling better alignment between product development and market needs.

You will support the BD team across sales operations, marketing initiatives, and internal coordination to ensure smooth order-to-shipment logistics, consistent forecasting, and effective customer engagement. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys solving problems across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and optimize internal sales processes and tools to improve lead conversion, forecasting accuracy, and operational visibility.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to streamline communication, ensuring smooth logistics from order to shipment and timely product delivery.

  • Support marketing initiatives, including preparing materials and presentations for key events such as CES, and coordinating documentation and campaign efforts.

  • Drive lead conversion and customer management activities, with a focus on developing scalable systems for tracking and nurturing opportunities.

  • Establish consistent forecasting and reporting cadences to support business planning and customer engagement.

  • Provide analytical and operational support to the Business Development team to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative load.

Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business operations, or sales enablement.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

  • Proficiency with standard sales or CRM technologies (training on specific systems can be provided).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a startup or growth-stage company.

  • Exposure to hardware, technology, or engineering-driven industries.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.

  • Engineering/ Business degree
