The role:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a critical partner to our Business Development team. You’ll help build and scale the operational infrastructure that powers our sales pipeline, partner enablement, and cross-functional execution. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of analytical thinking, process design, and strategic insight.
What you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to optimize pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Create and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking across partnerships, lead generation, and deal flow.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal and Implementation teams to support end-to-end deal execution.
- Drive improvements in CRM data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and workflow automation (Salesforce, Gong).
- Develop scalable playbooks and templates for proposal, business cases, and partner onboarding.
- Support strategic projects such as market segmentation, pricing analysis, and territory planning.
- Help implement tools and processes that improve team productivity and visibility.
Target List & Use Case Refinement
- Lead research and prospecting efforts to build a comprehensive target list, including competitive mapping and ideal customer profiling.
- Analyze the total addressable market to develop targeted lead lists that support outbound prospecting and drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Apply deep market and client insight to identify learning gaps and deliver high-impact training programs that improve team performance and revenue.
- Incorporate Galileo’s product, program management, and technology capabilities into prospecting and sales strategies to align solutions with client use cases.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Operations to create aligned content, streamline workflows, and implement performance-tracking mechanisms.
Ongoing SDR Training
- Supportive training of outbound and inbound SDRs in partnership with the Marketing team, focusing on qualification strategies and opportunity alignment.
- Revise internal qualification questionnaires to ensure capture of key information prior to Business Development engagement.
Special Projects
- Support complex or high-value client scenarios by equipping frontline sales with tools, messaging, and escalation protocols.
