Job Description: Sales Insights & Analytics Manager
Locations: London
Levi Strauss & Co. are looking for a Sales Insights & Analytics Analyst supporting our Sales & Marketplace Team across North Europe - UK, Nordics, DACH & EE.
This individual will be responsible for owning key business analyses and market perspectives that inform the strategic direction of our North Europe Wholesale business. In this role, you will be a strategic partner for leaders across the Wholesale organization, applying data and insights to influence cross-functional decision-making.
About the Job:
- Own monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and analysis of North Europe Wholesale & Marketplace Sell Out
- Own seasonal reporting on PBK and AO performance - circulating commercial insights, actions and opportunities
- Focus on leveraging the analysis, reporting and insight generation from data points to assist in growing sell-out across the landscape
- Leverage analytics to provide strategic recommendations that enable & drive growth for the Wholesale channel
- Pioneering our use of data visualization and automation through working with data dashboards, maintaining our current suite of reports & updating with new views
- Partner with the Data Management Specialist to ensure the on-going accuracy of all data points and ensuring where any issues do arise, these are resolved in a timely manner
- Regularly sharing proposals for improvement in terms of reporting and upskilling on new ways to interpret and extract actionable insights from data sets
- Build and establish relationships with key business, sales, planning & merchandising partners; participate in cross-functional workstreams that coordinate strategic planning
- Full review of our current reports – Sell In & Sell Out, optimise where required to have a concise suite, creation & build where required
About you:
- +5 years’ experience in strategy, data analytics or financial analysis
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to adapt to meet new requirements within a dynamic job environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels
- High understanding of the wholesale process
- Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power Bi)
