Job Summary

Comcast Advertising, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, is seeking a strategic and creative Sales Marketing Specialist dedicated to our AudienceXpress business to help create and deliver compelling go-to-market narratives and high-impact sales enablement tools. This role plays a critical part in driving advertising revenue by developing scalable, one-to-many marketing solutions that support multiple lines of business, including independent agencies, holdco agencies, brand direct clients, and more.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking marketer with a passion for storytelling, a strong grasp of industry trends, and the ability to translate complex offerings into clear, persuasive messaging. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Sales, and internal stakeholders including Brand, Product Marketing, Product, Insights, and Strategy & Partnerships, to craft value-driven narratives and marketing campaigns aligned with business growth and revenue priorities.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop sales narratives, capabilities presentations, one-sheets, and video content that articulate Comcast Advertising’s AudienceXpress value proposition.
  • Conduct ongoing industry research to identify emerging trends, competitive movements, and market dynamics that impact our business and clients.
  • Maintain a library of industry intelligence reports, client-specific insights, and thought leadership materials.
  • Translate complex research findings into clear, engaging content for sales narratives.
  • Create and manage sales marketing resources across the organization, aligning priorities with AudienceXpress sales leaders.
  • Drive results by developing sales materials to secure new and incremental business across industry verticals, customer segments, and personas.
  • Continuously solicit and incorporate feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies and narratives in response to evolving customer needs.
  • Develop sales marketing narratives and resources in partnership and collaboration with Insights, Product Marketing, Brand, and Legal.
  • Implement project management best practices to drive speed to market with high-quality execution.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Act as a strategic consultant with sound judgment in both strategy and creative development.
  • Maintain a results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business development and revenue generation.
  • Exhibit strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $75,335.04 - $113,002.56

This job can be performed in Colorado, Illinois, and Massachusetts with a Pay Range of $62,779.20 - $113,002.56

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
