The Admin Officer will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth and organized operation of Activa Foods. The role requires good organization, communication, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
Coordinate daily administrative activities and maintain an organized office.
Manage company documents, records, correspondence, and filing systems.
Coordinate communication with suppliers, customers, service providers, and relevant institutions.
Assist with government/regulatory documentation, permits, licenses, and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
Support procurement, quotations, invoices, and administrative purchases.
Maintain accurate employee, supplier, customer, and company records.
Support basic HR administration, including attendance, staff documentation, and onboarding.
Monitor administrative deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
Assist with meetings, training, events, and other company activities.
Maintain confidentiality and provide general administrative support to management.
Skills Required
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Ability to promote and sell products to retail outlets and end customers
- Experience conducting client visits and maintaining key account relationships
- Ability to assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Experience supporting digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Ability to prepare and submit weekly sales and customer feedback reports
- Willingness to participate in exhibitions, product tastings, and promotional events
