Sales & Marketing Manager

Position Overview
AHOY is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving sales growth and enhancing our brand presence in the market. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic marketing plans while simultaneously managing the sales team to achieve revenue goals. Your expertise in both sales and marketing will be crucial in engaging our target audience and expanding our market share.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and oversee promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives and brand messaging.
• Develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of successful team and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and PPC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
