- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead demand creation, customer engagement, and key account development activities.
- Build strong relationships with principals, customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and strategic partners.
- Drive branding, marketing positioning, product launches, and commercialization strategies.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and development of marketing collateral and sales tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support country teams in executing sales plans, business initiatives, and commercial activities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, CRM adoption, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, within healthcare, medical devices, medical equipment, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, business development, and strategic marketing capabilities.
- Proven experience in driving sales growth, product commercialization, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Strategic, results-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
Skills Required
