A fast-growing consulting company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our remote team!
If you’re a self-starter with strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and a knack for organization and marketing support, we’d love to hear from you!
1. Follow-Up on True MQLs Identified by Marketing 2. Research & Briefs on Engaged Leads 3. The VA can prepare short briefs for each engaged contact to support personalized outreach. 4. Reengagement and Post-Download Nurture Support 5. The VA can help monitor and reengage prospects who have remained on our list for months, continue to open or click, but haven’t yet converted. These leads should be flagged for potential one-on-one outreach or inclusion in tailored follow-up sequences. Outreach to those that have completed the lead cycle. 6. Active Campaign research, cleansing, and updating. 7. Manage Outgoing Targeted Messaging on LinkedIn - Sales Navigator targeted connections 8. Attend 360 Sales Calls – create a brief about the client so Christa is prepared for the calls: LinkedIn Link, Overview on Company; Take Notes – Write Client Section Draft 9. Conferences – Pre and Post Touches (via LinkedIn?) 10. Add contacts to Active Campaign 11. Write Proposals
12. Market research, strong English writing skills, document development, comfortable in Microsoft – Excel, Word, PP, Teams, Sharepoint; graphic creation
Schedule: Flexible (CST).
