Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Sales Manager who will build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team across our different business units. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-sector, fast-paced environment and can align sales strategies to diverse customer needs and business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenues across all units
Identify new market opportunities and customer segment
Team Leadership & Development
Build, train, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals
Set performance KPIs and foster a results-driven culture
Brand Promotion & Customer Engagement
Drive awareness and visibility of all business units through strategic marketing initiatives
Collaborate with branding, digital, and operations teams for customer-focused campaigns
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track market trends and competitor activities
Provide data-driven insights to guide executive decisions
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in retail, health, or FMCG sectors
Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple product lines
Skills & Attributes:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Flexibility to work across business units with different customer profiles
