Responsibilities – Sales Manager:
- Oversee all vehicle sales at the dealership
- Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor
- Forecast sales goals and objectives on a monthly and annual basis
- Manage vehicle inventory and reconditioning of trade-ins
- Appraise incoming used cars
- Engage customers early in the process and be a strong closer
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Auction experience is a plus
- High energy, outgoing, and aggressive personality
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent managerial skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
