Title: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth of Novonesis BioSolutions across assigned customers and territories. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with key accounts in the pharma, nutraceutical or biotechnology sectors while identifying new opportunities to expand Novonesis’ BioSolutions portfolio.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth

Drive revenue growth across assigned territory or segment.

Develop and execute strategic account plans.

Identify new business opportunities and convert them into commercial wins.

  • Customer Management

Manage relationships with key customers in pharma, nutraceutical, food, or industrial segments.

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer solutions.

  • Commercial Strategy

Support pricing, negotiation, and contract management.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with technical, application, regulatory, and supply chain teams.

Ensure smooth execution of customer projects and launches.

  • Pipeline & Forecasting

Maintain opportunity pipeline in CRM.

Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

  • Sales Enablement & Reporting

               Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for Sales Head.

               Generate actionable insights using Power BI & Excel.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Annual sales revenue growth
    • New business development
    • Key account expansion
    • Pipeline value and conversion rate
    • Customer satisfaction and retention
  • Candidate Profile
  • Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy,

or related field. MBA (preferred but optional).

  • Experience

6–10+ years of B2B sales experience.

Experience in enzymes, biotech ingredients including probiotics, nutraceu

ticals, pharma, or specialty ingredients preferred.

    • Technical understanding of BioSolutions

    • Strong SAP, Salesforce, Power BI exposure.
