The Role
Description
Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to New Taipei Office 2-3 times/week per business needs.
The Role -
Sales managers must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs. The most successful candidates develop a thorough understanding of the products and services they sell, are masters at relationship building, and are able to win clients, customers, and profits.

What You'll Do -
  • Under general supervision is responsible for working on a wide range of projects.
  • Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and trends; providing research and findings to senior management to assist in meetings and presentations; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems.
  • Identifies market trend/opportunities and consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned districts; pursue sales leads, promote products, conclude orders, arrange internal sales logistics; sales record analysis; strategic planning to grow sales.
  • Maintain contact with clients to assist them with post-sales services and help resolve issues or complaints; conduct product training for clients; prepare training material.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; monitoring product quality; solving product quality claim; coordinating new product development and product coverage enhancement.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
  • Career Stream: Professional
  • Minimum years of Experience: 5 years, related experiences in Auto industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Strong technical background and sales acumen are required
  • Good EQ, a team player.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proven track record of auto parts IM market business development is highly preferred

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel at least 50% or more on a frequent basis.
This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
