SALES MANAGER
Keystone Chevrolet — Sand Springs, Oklahoma
Keystone Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for someone who knows how to build a winning sales culture, develop people, manage a fast-paced showroom, and deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Establish sales goals and hold team members accountable
- Work deals, structure financing options, and assist with closing customers
- Monitor inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle aging
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with leads and customers
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and dealership reporting
- Work closely with finance, service, and other departments
- Promote strong customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Ensure dealership policies and regulatory requirements are followed
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop a successful sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience with dealership CRM and desking systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent

What We Do
Keystone Chevrolet is a Chevrolet and pre-owned vehicle dealership in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, serving the greater Tulsa area and Northeast Oklahoma. It sells new Chevrolet models and used vehicles from Chevrolet and other brands, while also providing vehicle financing, sales assistance, parts, and automotive service. Its service department handles maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake work, dent repair, and windshield damage.
