Where you will be
California, Pacific Northwest or Lake Tahoe. Remote, with regular travel across the territory.
Who you report to General Manager USA
When you start: by 1 February 2027
The job
You sign dealers and sell boats from San Diego to Seattle. The West Coast is where electric boats make the most sense first: lake restrictions, emissions rules and buyers who already drive electric. We have interest from boat clubs in Seattle and marina partners in California. You turn that into stocking dealers and deposits.
What you will do
Sign stocking dealers in Southern California, the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe and Puget Sound
Run sea trials and show presence, starting with Seattle and Southern California shows in early 2027
Open boat-club, marina and resort accounts alongside dealers
Support our application to California's CORE voucher program for commercial buyers
Report pipeline weekly: leads, sea trials, offers, deposits
What we look for
5+ years selling boats or marine products to US dealers
Dealer principals who take your call because they know you
Honest about what electric does well today and what it does not yet
Comfortable with a pay package that follows what you sell
Authorized to work in the US
What we offer
A base salary plus commission on every boat, uncapped. Travel and mileage reimbursed. A premium product at USD 169,000, a US importer already in place, and a small team that decides fast.
