We are a medium-sized international trading company specializing in paraffin wax, paraffin oils, and chemical raw materials. We serve as a strategic link between Western and Eastern European markets and maintain long-term partnerships with refineries and industrial customers.
To strengthen our expansion in Poland, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Sales Manager / Trader (m/f/d) with strong market knowledge and an independent working style.
Tasks
Your responsibilities
* Develop and expand sales of paraffin wax and chemical products in the Polish market
* Identify and acquire new industrial customers
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
* Conduct offer preparation, price negotiations, and contract finalization
* Develop relationships with refineries and suppliers
* Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
* Represent the company in commercial negotiations
Requirements
Your profile
* Sales experience, ideally in chemicals, petrochemicals, wax, or related industries
* Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
* Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
* Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude
* Excellent Polish and English skills (mandatory)
* German or Russian is an advantage
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Poland
* Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage
