We’re looking for a highly organized and action-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Taiwan. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of product promotion, clients relationship maintains and daily operations for sales in Taiwan. You will coordinate and manage key clients as well as product promotion, relationship, orders collection/management and business development in Taiwan market. 

  • Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Taiwan country Manager to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  • Manage and develop your clients to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate goal.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Cooperate with Technical/Marketing Manager with presentations of strategies, seminars, and regular meetings.
  • Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows and conventions as needed.

  • Experience: 5 years of proven experience sales that deliver results.
  • Education: University degree plus.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Strong skills to deliver events and campaigns on time.
  • Interpersonal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent skills in English to collaborate with stakeholders and partners.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Hands-on experience with reporting dashboards (GA4 and BI) and working with data and insights to design and deliver engagement programs.
  • PowerPoint Skills: Ability to optimize presentations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make the most of available resources.
  • Budget Management: Proven track record of managing budgets effectively.
  • Team Player: Highly proactive approach to solving challenges in a dynamic setting.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a bonus but not required.
