Channel Partner and Activation
- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and referral networks within assigned territories.
- Build a strong and productive channel partner ecosystem to support business growth.
- Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities to maintain active partner relationships.
- Ensure continuous activation and productivity of empanelled channel partners.
Lead Generation and Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and market networking.
- Drive site visit generation and customer referrals through partner networks.
- Work closely with sales teams to maximize lead conversion and booking opportunities.
- Support achievement of project sales targets through channel sales initiatives.
Market Coverage and Field Activities
- Conduct daily market visits to broker offices, channel partner networks, and key business hubs.
- Map and identify high-potential partners and business opportunities within assigned locations.
- Ensure strong market presence and project visibility through regular field engagement.
- Gather competitor intelligence, market insights, and customer feedback from the field.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors, and key market influencers.
- Resolve partner queries and provide necessary project information, marketing support, and sales assistance.
- Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement.
Partner Event and Activations
- Organize channel partner meets, networking events, project previews, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate project presentations, site visits, and promotional campaigns for partner networks.
- Drive participation and business generation through activation initiatives.
Reporting CRM and Management
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads generated, site visits, and business opportunities.
- Update CRM systems and submit daily activity reports, visit reports, and sourcing performance updates.
- Track channel partner productivity and business contribution metrics.
Cross- functional coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, CRM, and Site Teams to ensure seamless lead management and conversion.
- Coordinate marketing material distribution and project communication to channel partners.
- Support project launches and business development initiatives.
