As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our strategic growth initiatives, responsible for expanding market share and delivering tailored solutions in Coil Tubing, Production Enhancement, and Cementing Services. This role demands a strong technical foundation, commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships in a competitive and complex market.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies for Pressure Pumping Services in Caspian Region (Coiled Tubing, Production Enhancement, and Cementing Services)
- Leading proposal development for technically complex applications, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Baker Hughes capabilities.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic advisor and technical expert
- Driving tender participation, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations to secure new business and grow existing accounts
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking through CRM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure seamless service delivery
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in Pressure Pumping services, with at least 5 years in a sales or commercial role
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Coiled Tubing, Production Enhancement, and Cementing Services, including field experience and solution design
- Be fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (oral and written).
- Be capable of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
