As the Sales Manager for HomeDepot.com, you’ll be at the forefront of driving brand relevance, traffic, and conversion for Delta Faucet’s products on one of the world’s largest e-commerce platforms. In this pivotal role, you will work alongside the Director of Home Depot eCommerce to create and implement pivotal initiatives that support growth and ensure future success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, complete, and optimize a calendar of activities that enhance sales performance, all while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute critical initiatives across eCommerce, marketing, supply chain, and operations to enhance sales growth.

  • Track, analyze, and action Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve platform success.

  • Own category performance and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HomeDepot.com’s platform dynamics and analytics systems.

  • Collaborate with channel marketing and promotions teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure timely and accurate product launches, leveraging forecasts and supply chain coordination.

  • Manage promotional calendars, maintain high in-stock rates, and deliver class-leading content.

  • Resolve pricing, data errors, and other operational challenges with minimal direction.

  • Build strong cross-functional and omni-channel relationships to drive engagement and accountability.

  • Implement root cause analysis and proactive problem-solving to mitigate issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience, including account management with major U.S. home center retailers (preferably Home Depot).

  • Strong ability to interpret data from multiple sources (sales, supply chain, marketing) and turn insights into action.

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of online marketing, retail media, and eCommerce platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with effective time management.

Travel Requirements: 10-15% travel required.
