The position
This position directly reports to the Business Unit Director GLP-1. In this role, you will develop and enhance district sales expertise, guiding, mentoring, and overseeing the sales team to not only achieve but also surpass sales goals within a specified geographic area. Foster robust connections with key stakeholders, striving to optimize the overall value of our business in the affiliate. Prioritize exceptional execution and embody the company vision, values, and commitments when interacting with customers, all aimed at elevating the company's standing. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:

  • In charge of managing, leading, and developing the sales team by recruiting, supervising, and coaching for efficient performance management, maximizing sales productivity, and driving employee engagement and team motivation.
  • Oversee sales performance in the defined area of responsibility, including securing product accessibility through hospital listing and tendering processes. Ensure team optimization and lead customer database management, input/output, and sales analysis.
  • Lead key customer engagement, account management, and stakeholder mapping. Develop and execute communication plans to maintain impactful engagement aligned with business priorities. Proactively build relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to drive product messaging and gather feedback for communication plan enhancement.
  • Plan, organize, and manage product promotion in the assigned area. Develop, implement, and execute sales plans aligned with marketing strategy. Propose and efficiently manage the product promotion budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
  • Consistently collaborate and participate in cross-functional processes or projects. Manage related ad-hoc assignments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or product management in pharma industry.
  • People management experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge in current pharmaceutical/marketing situation in Thailand.
  • Good communication in English with with native-level proficiency in Thai is required.
