🎯 Your Role
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base across Europe. You’ll be at the forefront of the sales cycle — identifying prospects, building trust, and closing deals that matter. You’ll work closely with our international support team to deliver real value to our customers.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Identify top-performing affiliates and direct advertisers to develop new business opportunities and close deals
- Maintain productive and professional relationships with existing clients and grow their business
- Understand client pain points, propose tailored solutions, and deliver real impact
- Data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performances of the campaigns
- Negotiation of pricing, contractual obligations, and daily email volume requirements of affiliate & direct advertisers partnerships.
🧠 What You Bring
- Fluency in German & English
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in digital marketing or SaaS)
- Strong understanding of strategic selling techniques
- Confident using Salesforce and MS Office
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Background in telemarketing or email marketing? That’s a bonus!
