Overview
The Manager of Sales – Euro Division will drive sales growth for Dinan and APR by developing key accounts, expanding dealer and distribution channels, and leading day-to-day sales execution.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role for an experienced automotive aftermarket professional who understands the Euro performance market and knows how to build relationships, grow business, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives for Dinan and APR.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales across existing customers, dealers, distributors, and new channels.
- Develop strategies to expand market share within key European performance segments.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, pricing, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support new product launches, promotions, pricing initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
Dealer & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, retailers, and strategic accounts.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies for high-value customers.
- Identify and recruit new dealers and distribution partners.
- Increase product penetration and sales within existing accounts.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key customers and help resolve issues to ensure strong long-term relationships.
Market & Channel Expansion
- Identify new customers, markets, partnerships, and distribution opportunities.
- Expand Dinan and APR’s presence across domestic and international Euro performance markets.
- Develop relationships within the European performance and enthusiast communities.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen dealer coverage and channel performance.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline activity.
- Partner with leadership and Finance on budgets, sales plans, and revenue projections.
- Analyze sales performance and customer data to drive business decisions.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM systems.
- Ensure disciplined execution against revenue and margin targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Provide customer and market feedback to influence product development and portfolio decisions.
- Coordinate sales activities around product launches, promotions, inventory, and marketing initiatives.
- Help ensure products are positioned effectively for dealers, distributors, and end customers.
Brand Representation
- Represent Dinan and APR at trade shows, dealer meetings, industry events, and enthusiast gatherings.
- Build relationships with industry influencers, installers, dealers, and enthusiasts.
- Support efforts to strengthen brand awareness and engagement within the Euro performance community.
- Serve as a professional and knowledgeable representative of Holley and its Euro brands.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with 2–3+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
- Automotive aftermarket experience required; European performance experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing key accounts, developing channels, and growing revenue.
