SALES TEAM

The Global Sales team is responsible for bringing in and generating strong long-term relationships with Advertisers from leading mobile app companies. We are Jampp ambassadors and also work closely with all internal teams to deliver outstanding results for our customers.

As part of our ambitious growth plans in Europe and MENA, we are looking for a Sales Manager – EMEA go-getter with deep experience in AdTech to join our team. This role is fully dedicated to Jampp and will be the cornerstone of our commercial expansion across the EMEA region.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and owning a robust pipeline, and cultivating strong long-term partnerships with top mobile app advertisers. Europe will be your primary focus, with MENA as an exciting additional scope – ideally suited to someone with regional knowledge or existing relationships there.

⚡️ Jampp is a remote-first company. This position is open to candidates across Europe, with a strong preference for Barcelona-based profiles.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Own the full sales cycle across EMEA: prospecting, closing and launching deals. Including conducting all the research necessary to identify target accounts and how to win budgets.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Europe, with particular focus on markets where Jampp has limited coverage today.
  • Expand Jampp’s footprint in MENA, leveraging existing relationships and building new ones.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with all key customers, ensuring honest communication, fair expectation setting, and outstanding delivery – “under-promise and over-deliver”.
  • Represent Jampp at key industry events and conferences across Europe and MENA, acting as an evangelist of mobile programmatic and user acquisition and retention (20%+ travel expected).
  • Be a team player and work closely with Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, and your Sales peers globally to help Jampp deliver outstanding results for all customers.
  • Proactively and creatively tackle any and all challenges to strengthen the Jampp brand in the eyes of app marketers across EMEA.
  • Drive Jampp initiatives locally, tracking results and providing feedback to continue to improve global initiatives.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Detailed understanding of the AdTech / mobile advertising ecosystem, especially programmatic advertising.
  • Strong network of app advertisers and agencies across European markets.
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts.
  • +3 years of sales experience and a proven track record exceeding quota in AdTech, SaaS, or media sales.
  • Analytical ability to manage complex pricing, performance and incrementality considerations.
  • Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset – comfortable operating independently in a region with significant whitespace to develop.
  • Knowledge of the MENA market and/or existing client relationships in the region are a strong plus.

Skills Required
