Sales Manager – Service Provider Segment


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow business within the Service Provider (CSP) segment primarily focused on the UK & Nordic countries through direct sales activities.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and increasing product penetration in assigned accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.

• Achieve annual Order Booking targets.

• Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system (Salesforce.com), ensuring forecasts are regularly updated.

• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams (presales, post sales, sales operations, finance, BID Management) to support customer needs and close opportunities.

• Stay informed on market developments, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to support successful sales strategies.

  • ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
  • Reports to the EMEA Sales Lead for the Service Provider segment.
  • Works closely with regional presales, post‑sales support, and business operations teams.
  • The role requires travel across Europe to meet customers and attend internal/external business meetings.


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in Microwave Radio Sales to Mobile Operators a distinct advantage
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, financial drivers, and customer buying behavior within the telecom/service provider market.
  • Proven strategic selling, negotiation skills, and ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders with a min of 5 - 10 years’ experience.
  • Strong business acumen, problem‑solving skills, and proactive approach to driving opportunities forward.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Resilience and ability to remain effective under pressure.

Skills Required
